RETURNS & REFUND
Due to the nature of pre-loved / vintage, some items may contain minor flaws and show signs of wear; any major flaws will be highlighted in the online description. Please ensure you read the description before committing to your purchase; we will always be able to provide further measurements and photos if requested. Feel free to email us if you have any doubts.
We are able to offer refunds for any returned purchases. We do have a terms and conditions policy for the returns.
Please email us at email@example.com within fifteen days of receiving your item to inform us of your return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping cost of the delivery wont be refunded. Refund of the returned pieces will be granted once the item has been returned. Item is expected to be in same shape, unworn, unused and with the tag still attached to the item.
Refund can be withheld if damages occur during shipping.
In case of delivery fail for non response of the customer, we will try to contact the customer, but the re-shipping will be charged. In case we don't succeed to contact the client, a refund of the purchase price will be made but the shipping cost will be charged anyway.
